CCSU Forum for Gubernatorial Candidates

A nonpartisan forum for declared and exploratory candidates for the Office of Governor. A formal Reception will follow in the Constitution Room from 6:00 to 8:00 pm to continue the conversation and exchange of ideas.

The Forum is sponsored by the Center for Public Policy and Social Research, O’Neill Endowed Chair in Public Policy and Practical Politics and the Student Government Association, at CCSU.

The Forum is designed to provide the University Community with an insight into your positions and vision on several critical public policy issues, including: College Affordability; Job Market in Connecticut; Reducing Gun Violence; and Criminal Justice Reform.

The format for the event is as follows:
3:30 to 4:00 pm: CCSU Showcase
4:00 to 6:00 pm: Candidates’ Forum, moderated by CCSU faculty and students
6:00 to 8:00 pm: Reception with refreshments
